Since February 2017, Leisure Resorts has operated luxury holiday homes and lodge parks across the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, providing holiday home ownership and hot tub holidays. Now operating 4 holiday parks, and over 170 employees, Leisure Resorts emphasise unique and luxury experiences.
The Leisure Resorts mission is simple; to create holiday home and lodge parks that are inspired by its owners and holidaymakers, and defined by luxury. Leisure Resorts are, and will remain, a family-owned group of holiday parks, dedicated to providing quality and luxury at every turn, and delivering first class customer service.
Running multiple sites and managing guest experiences manually meant delivering information and guest experiences across multiple channels. Leisure Resorts envisioned a more cost-effective and efficient process, supported by mobile capabilities and technology.
Leisure Resorts required a platform to centralise these processes and improve the guest experience by providing a tool that contained all the information holiday makers and owners needed in one place.
This meant the app needed to show different information for different user types, and the user experience needed to be simple and easy to use. Leisure Resorts also required the ability to easily update the app with the latest news and information to provide a better experience for their holidaymakers and owners.

It has allowed us to save time and increase productivity as it is easy to manage from the backend, and updating the app is quicker than other methods of communication.
