Data Clarity are pleased to announce the release of Clarity365 V2.4, an update to its expense and timesheet management system. The latest version includes a new GDPR-ready data report, and new functionality for Timesheet Authorisation to complement its existing expenses functionality.
The update is part of Data Clarity’s ongoing efforts to enhance its functionality for its growing user base. With the new General Data Protection Regulation coming into force on May 25th, 2018 the new GDPR reporting functionality allows administrators to quickly search for all data within the system which is related to users, customers and suppliers.
Also included in the update is enhanced search functionality across the time management module, further streamlining the time-consuming approval process for timesheets. System administrators can view absence requests and identify potential clashes through the new visual calendar.
The latest release, Clarity365 V2.4, has improved the sub-department feature to improve user time management. We have also taken this opportunity to streamline the approval process, update self-billing processes and improve the functionality of the Absences module.
