Sales Appointments & Customer Support Executive - Competitive Salary- Depending on Experience + Commission.

Data Clarity has a fantastic opportunity to join their Sales & Marketing team as a Sales Appointments & Customer Support Executive to assist with the increased volume of sales and promote our services and range of in-house developed products.

Role Objective:

You will be working in a fast paced and challenging sales role dealing with enquiries and prospective clients, supporting existing clients and contributing to the activities of the wider sales and marketing team. You will deal with telephone and email enquiries, as well as follow up with lapsed customers identifying new business from old leads. You will be required to conduct cold calling campaigns to identified prospects increasing our client base.

As a Data Clarity application expert, you will be expected to provide support to clients that have subscribed to any of our products. You will support the delivery of consultancy, training, and services into client sites as well as following up on generated leads and attending trade shows.

The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn all aspects of the role and the drive to succeed in a progressive business. 

The core hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 17.30 pm with 1-hour lunch break.
